3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges as shown at checkout. We work hard to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible; however, actual items may vary slightly from images due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Some products are supplied in random colours or designs, which is clearly noted on the product page where applicable.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

4. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation, and our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. This helps us prevent errors and fake orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to pay the full amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Repeatedly placing orders and refusing delivery, providing false contact details, or otherwise abusing the COD system may result in your being blocked from future orders or required to prepay.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
